Your release, explained.
1 / Your plan
Create and verify your account, then choose a plan in the portal. Annual plans currently include: New Artist — 79.99 AZN, 15 releases and 2 artist profiles; Professional Artist — 199.90 AZN, 150 releases and 10 profiles; Label — 499.99 AZN, unlimited releases and 100 profiles. Check the portal for current prices and allowances before paying.
2 / Your payment
Epoint processes card payments. The actual charge is in AZN; displayed USD/EUR amounts are reference estimates. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees. International card availability can depend on the issuer and payment provider. Your plan activates only after payment confirmation, and a receipt is emailed.
3 / Your next step
Prepare your final WAV audio, 3000 × 3000 JPG artwork, artist and contributor credits, and planned release date. Submit through the portal. Our team reviews the release and may request changes before delivery through distribution partners. Purchasing a plan does not guarantee store acceptance, a particular release date or listening numbers.
4 / Your rights
You retain ownership of your music. You must hold the rights and permissions for the audio, artwork and contributions you submit. Distribution and collection permissions are described in the existing terms, which are presented at registration.
5 / Renewal, refunds and royalty terms
Your active plan and expiry date are shown in the portal. For renewal, cancellation, refund eligibility, royalty splits and settlement terms, ask info@atropatena.az for written confirmation before purchase or distribution.
6 / Your support
Contact info@atropatena.az with your account or order reference for billing questions. For release questions, include the title and the issue. Never email card numbers, security codes or passwords. English enquiries are welcome; this page does not promise a response time.
